From A50 leave to join the A515 towards Ashbourne, at Cubley crossroads turn left, sign posted for Marston Montgomery, ignore the first right hand turn to Roston, instead, take the second right hand turn for Roston.

At the first property on the right (a bungalow) take the driveway that runs up between the side of this property and the large detached house next door, Meadow Cottage is located after 400yds at the top of the drive way, before the main house.

Take the A515 for Lichfield take the right hand turn at the Cubley crossroads then follow the above.

Leave M1 at junction 28, take the A38 to Ripley then A610 to

Leave M1 at junction 23A.Follow A50 towards Uttoxeter/Alton Towers. At Sudbury,leave A50 onto A515 to Cubley.(Then directions to Roston)

Leave M6 at junction15, follow signs for A50 towards Derby,at Sudbury turn off A50 onto A515.(Then directions to Roston)
